I work with clients of all ages who are experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, career uncertainty, life transitions, and grief. I also have a special interest in working with clients who struggle with low self-esteem and negative body image. I help my clients process relationships, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors using interpersonal therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I believe in implementing a multicultural approach to my work, and I particularly enjoy working with clients with diverse identities and experiences.
