Amanda Keeley
Psychotherapist APC. Supervised by Rebecca Ahmadi
I take a comprehensive, individualized approach to therapy, recognizing that each client brings unique experiences, strengths, and needs. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness, and I strive to create a space that balances warmth and empathy with practical, goal-oriented support. I have extensive experience supporting individuals through trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, and I support clients of all ages, identities, and neurotypes. I am especially passionate about working with children and teens, utilizing play therapy and expressive art techniques, and consider it an honor to support younger generations as they navigate the challenges of growing up and developing their sense of self.
